Booked a pet friendly room while passing thru town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds/pillows were great and our room was clean. $25 pet fee upon arrival but thats not a big deal. Rooms are dated and Tvs are small. Tv literally had 11 channels with no guide. Room had fireplace and a/c. They have a restaurant attached and they give you a free hot breakfast voucher (dine in only but they had food on the table within 5 mins). Restaurant food was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again for the price point.

Its a nice place to visit.

The facility is great and very accommodating. The staff members are friendly and kind. I particularly enjoy the complimentary breakfast. However, there are some drawbacks: the facility is somewhat outdated, the television is old and difficult to see, and the hot water container for coffee was not functioning. Additionally, the pillows are not very comfortable. Nonetheless, I will definitely be back again. Thanks, Grande Cache Inn & Suites!

We’ve stayed here before. It’s a clean comfortable reasonably priced accommodation. A magnificent view of the Rocky Mountains.

We left a day early. Receptionist didn't ask how our stay was or what the reason was for early departure which we found rather odd. The elevator was out of service which was a big inconvenience when you stay for more than one night and having to "haul" all your stuff up to the second floor. We stayed in this hotel before during Covid. It's showing some aging now but overall it's a good hotel to stay in. Bed is very comfortable but when you're used to a king size, the first night definitely takes a bit of getting used to less space :) The free breakfast provided is definitely a bonus but the food was either over cooked or undercooked and the waitress wasn't really listening to our requests. Choice for the free breakfast is limited. It would be nice if there is an actual menu for it so you can at least decide before you're put on the spot. Overall we were pleased with our stay as there is ample parking and easy access to the hotel. The tourist information center nearby is very much worth visiting. Grand Cache itself is nothing thrilling but there are some good restaurants and a nice grocery store. We were there for the nature part of it. We saw our first black bear of the season so that was the highlight of our trip.

The room was a bit grubby- carpet stains, dirt on the light switch, the kinds of little things that can get missed in cursory cleaning and build up over time. Pretty quiet and beds are comfortable though.
