Great guest house in a lovely town. Parking is round the back in a secure area. Beautifully presented and spacious room (Room 5), with a large en-suite, all spotlessly clean. Breakfast choices are collected the day before, with a great choice of yoghurts, fruit, cereals, and cooked items. Coffee could have been stronger :). David was a great host. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Breakfast options were delicious with plenty of options. Perfectly located in the centre of Brecon, making it a perfect base for rhe national park. Had car parking too, which is excellent! David and Kathleen are such lovely hosts

Such a lovely stay. David & Kathleen were such lovely hosts! My arrival time was due to fall outside of check-in window & that made sure to accommodate my timings & wait for me. They were so warm and welcoming - helping with my bags, showing me around their property & giving me advice on things to do & local areas to eat/drink. They were so attentive at breakfast - which was delicious & we both felt like the service was personalised as David was so kind and chatty and tailored our breakfasts to our tastes. Room was lovely, clean & homey! A little cold but heaters and blankets were provided which did the trick. Area is beautiful and had everything we needed. Perfect location for a hiking stay! Definitely going to return in the future ❤️ Thank you so much ☺️

I would highly recommend a stay at The Grange. Location is excellent, spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfast and wonderful hosts. David and Kathleen couldn't be more helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. Shower pressure is a bit low, but good and hot and that is literally the only negative I can think of! Very close to the town centre, the river and many pubs/cafes/restaurants. Parking at the back of the guest house was easy.

I stayed here for a 3 day walking weekend. The Guest House was great as the owners allowed me to charge my electric car overnight for a fee. The room was also very large and comfy as was the en-suite. Breakfast was great too.

Brilliant location, just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. My room was wonderful - comfortable and above all peaceful. Kathleen and David were excellent hosts, and made me feel so welcome - and I'm going to miss the breakfasts!
