The hotel room was clean and the people at the front desk were nice. Could have provided more towels at the beginning of our stay.

We got this hotel because it was close to train station and the bus. We never spent much time here as we were exploring Paris. It was clean and everything worked well.

Quite handy for Gare du Nord. Good sized triple room.

Very handy if you’re travelling from the Gare du Nord or Gare de l’est. Canal St Martin is an excellent place to walk and go for a drink. Hotel was fine apart from the hot water which took a few minutes to work.

Close to Gare de L’est. super helpful staff. Rooms was OK, comfy bed but lots of street noise at night so had to wear ear plugs

The hotel was in a very central area of Paris so it was convenient. However it’s in an old building and the lift didn’t work in our building for the whole time. The beds were alright for a short few days of stay.

Bien que rénovée la chambre avait un mur piqué d'humidité sous la fenêtre ainsi qu'un coin de salle de bain sale et non entretenu sous le lavabo. Chambre par ailleurs très petite et ascenceur extrêmement petit et vétuste. Enfin le chauffage n'était pas mis dans la chambre a l'arrivée et la chambre était non seulement glaciale mais les draps presque humides. Pas conforme au prix et aux 3 étoiles.

Our experience was AMAZING!!!! The staff especially were so full of Light and Kindness! Every single of them made us feel welcomed and loved! Especially the manager! (We came in as guests and they all felt like family when we left!). The manager was absolutely amazing! We are wrapping the entire team of workers in our Infinite Love and Gratitude for the wonderful job they do at making the Ibis such a wonderful place to stay! Bravo to the Dream team at the Ibis!!!

I had a perfect room for 1 but would have liked a fridge and kettle. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast provided is sufficient and premises clean. It isn’t the classiest area to be in but was close to Gare du Nord, which was what I required and all the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance.

No tea / coffee making facilities or mini fridge in room.

Everything was excellent for the star rating and price, staff very obliging, would recommend.

Very comfortable hotel. Well situated for trips to central Paris and Disneyland and to get to and from airport.

Was pleasantly surprised with the standard of the room for the price. Clean, quiet and very comfortable with helpful staff. We could leave our bags after check-out until train later on that day. Would definitely stay at an Ibis hotel again!

The room was clean and very adequate. Excellent location to Gere 'est train station and metro, although a little far from many of the big attractions. Breackfast was amazing and a high point. We would stay there again.
