The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I like the breakfast menu, so I came again this year.

Good location, near the station, I love this hotel because we can leave our luggage while going on vacation till night.

Water pressure was weak. Housekeeping done only every 3 days. No water provided. Luggage storage system is a mess with no staff managing. Really disappointed and wont be staying in the future.

We’re really enjoyed our stay here at Keio Presso. Eventhough size is of Tokyo standards, but it is cozy and functional. The staff are very nice and they even gave us a complimentary instant soba noodle with message for the New Year’s. I really appreciate the gesture. Even if the hotel is 3 stars, the service and kindness of the staff is at par with 5 star hotels. ☺️ We will be definitely booking this hotel again.
