Very nice stay in general. Information on how to get to downtown was unhelpful. Although hotel location is very good and one can just walk to the town , shops or just walk around the town.

Staff is very helpful, breakfasts are really good and so was the one evening meal I had there . Wild boar stew. Had 2 sessions at the wellness - delightful.

Newly renovated hotel, excellent freshly cooked to your liking breakfast, apartment style rooms with a fridge, stove and microwave - what can be more attractive for a longer stay in town. Just a few steps from mineral springs, in the heart of the resort and yet, very quiet. Very authentic hotel, true to the centuries old spirit of Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). Highly recommend.

The place was very clean an nice close to the city and nice surrenders

The hotel located just a short walk to town center, big room with kitchen. New and clean. Breakfast is well provided and tasty.

Great improvements done to the hotel: modern, high quality, very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No issues with car parking. Breakfast - convenience and great quality. Location - very close to the main street, 2 minutes walking.

Good place but road very hilly from city centre

Wir waren 4 Nächte da.Es war sehr sauber,alle sind sehr nett gewesen,man konnte alles zu Fuß alles erreichen.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Es ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Apartment verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Schöne Größe und sehr sauber. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Čistý hotel s prostornými pokoji. Bohužel ulice před hotelem se opravuje, takže se nedalo dojet až k hotelu - a u možnosti rezervace toto nebylo oznámeno. S nákupem pro malé dítě v kočárku lézt do strmého kopce je opravdu lahůdka. Veliká kaňka u pěkného hotelu, dost to ruinovalo pobyt.

Very, very nice staff, close to the center, clean, but not very easy to approach (the street front of the hotel was under reconstruction while we we there). All in all I'd recommend strongly.
