Super clean

Staff was warm and welcoming. Facilities clean.

Excellent property in all regards. Clean, comfortable room with great views. Walking distance to the ski resort. Many dining options in close walking proximity. The staff was very friendly and helpful and served us an amazing traditional Japanese breakfast.

Fantastic location in a beautiful town. Recently renovated traditional accomodation was a treat for our party in town for the snow.

Staff were lovely and very clean. Could hear the person next door snoring. Didn't like how you coudn't have a shower in the morning and communal bathroom not available till after 3pm.
