The property was really nice and clean

Did not respect my reservation and did not a solution or willingness to help even after leaving us without our reserved room and whithout communicate about the change.

I would stay at this property again.

Hotel was very nice and clean

The room and staff were good; but I never seen such a lousy free breakfast

My stay was fine. The room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very weak, cold eggs and sausage.

Only issue was we reserved a King bed and were told since we booked through Expedia they would not honor that request. The hotel said they were out of rooms with a King bed and only those that book directly with then would have rooms held with the room preferences selected.

Very nice clean room. Good location. Would highly recommend for anyone but especially families.

We always choose this hotel for the staff, pool, and breakfast. This day was a lot different. The pool was down for maintenance and my kids were terribly upset about that in the morning we came down For breakfast and there was food everywhere and trashing everywhere things needed to be restocked so we ended up going somewhere else for breakfast. The staff were great. If you plan to stay at this hotel, I would call to make sure the pool is open and make sure you get down there first thing in the morning for breakfast or otherwise you won’t have good options and it will be dirty

Pool has been closed for weeks, kids couldn't use it

Very new. Quiet. Comfortable. Very modern. Would like to have seen the ability for smart TV applications. They only had cable service available with lots of commercials. Very nice amenities in room.

Room was very spacious and quiet. Window shades did not block morning sunlight. No smart tv available. Breakfast options were not great. Difficult to find a staff member in the mornings when needed.

My family traveled from multiple states to witness my nephews college graduation. The hotel had a very welcoming feeling. The front desk staff were all very accommodating and gracious. We were even able to come back to hotel after a long day and fellowship outside around the firepit!! I'm sold! If we visit the area again we will definitely be staying here!!
