Staff, front desk lack of service. Place is to noisy late at night sound like moving kitchen stuff and employees talking to loud. Mornings, the same thing 5:30 in the morning to much noice to keep sleeping. Only good thing was the housekeepers, very friendly and nice room cleaning. Bar, I tried to go and was not available, ruined my date that night. I come to town twice a year and stay in a different hotel. Afther this I'm going back there next time.

The hotel is Beautiful and very very clean. The terrace is beautiful. I didn’t like that I was charged extra for my 14 year old ( he is still a kid and was charged extra ) . The gym can do better . They didn’t have many options, only 3 cardio machines . A few weights options would be nice so guest don’t pay for gyms outside the hotel.

The location is great, really walkable. The self parking was different from what I'm used to, but not inconvenient. Overall good place to stay. Recommend.

Best place ever

Very clean, super close from downtown good food. The only thing bad was the parking that is not attached to building and you need to call the front desk so they can open the door, other than that everything was great.

The hotel was better than expected, really clean and had all the comforts of a hotel in the states, excellent stay. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The place is beautiful and everything is very close.

We checked into the property on 12/15 there was no hot water in room 207. We asked to have someone check they told us they had to light the boiler. 12/16 we asked again for hot water for showers or change of room. Needless to say no hot water for bathing 12/17 on day of check out they would now send someone to room after we checked out to see. The other rooms had warm water, because we were traveling in a large group. Don’t waste your money on this hotel unless you like cold showers

Everything was within walking distance of the hotel and super convenient. Staff was super friendly and nice! Enjoyed my stay.

Let me just say that I will definitely be staying here again. The location was great and I truly appreciated the fact that they had an elevator for my mom that is disabled. The cafe is very quaint and the Terrace is a must for dinner and drinks. The view from the Terrace is AMAZING!

Excellent, the included breakfast is just the continental breakfast. If you want to have a breakfast meal you have to pay extra.

It’s convenient and close to restaurants,stores and transportation.
