Efficiently run hotel and part of a big chain. Everything worked but no special extra miles. Breakfast was good. Amenity room with tea and snacks was a bonus. Wouldn’t object to staying agin just not memorable.

Room is clean.There is no shower curtain in the bathroom. The whole washroom is all wet and slippery after shower and very dangerous for the seniors !

My bed was very uncomfortable. I might as well sleep on concrete. I played in a football tournament and had to sleep on a hard mattress with a sore body.

Bathroom and toilet is in one piece without any barrier in between. Everything will get wet after the first shower and you also risk of sliding down on the wet floor. Not to mention that it makes it more challenging for the second person in your room to use the bathroom. Don’t plan to share room with another person if you have to stay in this hotel!

Old property not sure it was hotel from beginning but building is very poor design and not functional for a hotel facility. Cleaning is a major issues including the very poor sound proof windows

The property itself was not quite what I would have expected based on the previous reviews and photos. I always feel bad about writing a less than stellar review, but what was depicted was not an accurate representation. The walls were scuffed and it just had an eery feel to the place even though the graphics were fun. All it needs is a little TLC and better lighting with attention to details and it would have made a world of difference. The ceilings in the room of mine and several or my traveling mates had a hole in it. I surmise that it was perhaps an old lighting fixture that was removed, but a simple cover would have been better than wondering what was in that hole. The laundry room stairwell was dark and it had a red light glowing in it - it was around Halloween, so I was just not going to explore what was beyond the doors! As I mentioned, nothing that a little bit of wiping down / cleaning and some new lighting couldn't remedy.

Couldn’t be better than this hotel if you are traveling alone in the country side.

The location of the hotel is the best; it is close to everything (restaurants, shopping, transportation). The room is not very big but enough for two people. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Many options for breakfast.

We booked this hotel last minute as our flight to Green Island was cancelled. I was quite happy with it! Centrally located, clean, friendly, good value.

Amazing location next to Tiehua music village. The rooms are clean and fresh, plenty of privacy considering it's a dorm room. Staff at reception were helpful but not the friendliest, didn't feel super welcome. The towel they provide is very small and thin, like a cheap dish rag. Better bring your own.

clean and nice hotel. the facilities are new. the hotel also provides free shuttle bus ticket for some main tourist spot.

hotel is close to the art street (not sure the official name) and close to many shops and a mall. A minimalist design or more industrial. toilet is small though sufficient. the bed seems bigger than normal queen size (quad room). would be good if they have more hanging point for wet towel.

We had a nice enough stay, the staff friendly with the exception of the senior receptionist/cashier . Unfortunately the breakfast though substantial is not kept in warmers and was often cold.

It was a really nice room, the toilet was so clean and fresh. Very thin mattress in the bed (which I don't mind) but might be good to know for those of you who have problems with the back and might need thicker mattress.
