The worst experience I’ve had in a hotel stay. WOW! From the moment I was charged, it was a mess. First I had made two reservations, each for a week but had provided two different cards since it was two of us Splitting the bill. Well, The person who charged our bill decided to charge the whole amount on one card, messing my friends account all up, And did so without even calling me first to verify. That was the first problem we encountered not even having arrived yet.
Next, we arrive to the room, all looked in place until one of the shelves to hold clothes collapsed almost hitting me in the head.
Next morning, we noticed the sink in the bathroom was clogged, the outlet in the bathroom had no power and part of the stove had technical issues. Oh and the room gets really hot and the fans were broken .
So I made a list and went downstairs to tell management but no one was available or present , I was advised to call the phone number provided on one of the doors.
I called the person, they declined my call and texted me saying they couldn’t talk, but That I can communicate via text. So I explained my issues, they said someone would come by in the morning to take a look to resolve my issues-no problem. Okay.
Day went by, I received no calls, txts or anyone coming by my suite. 3 days went by and still nothing-meanwhile I was still having these issues in the room.
Long story short, I spent two weeks w the issues, nothing got resolved. Horrible Experience and management .
