Ideally located in Fussen. Very friendly. 7 mins to Neuschwanstein. Surprise Krampus Run.

Terrible staff

Small rooms. Shower was really small.

This wasn’t bad until our parking pass didn’t work and we had to take a new ticket just to get into the lot. It was clear from the rep at the front desk that it was our issue even though we weren’t the only room with the same complaint. We were leaving the next morning anyway.

Beds comfortable. Shower terrible, so tiny and awkwardly shaped, hard to turn around in. Room was hot and stuffy. Check in/out was conplicated. Parking was not included, which the listing now states but I am positive when I booked it it was included as I was on a road trip. Hotel was hard to locate, and the parking is off site. No amenities listed on this site were included.

The reception staff was not available during check-in. Had to wait for a while. But when staff arrived was friendly. Room needs windows to have fresh air in. Also the hotel needs a lift. But apart from staff issues and lift everything was good. The guy who sits at reception is friendly.

Waited 45 min for the reception to be open and it was to be opened at 14h00 snd we arrived at 15h45….and they arrived at 16h30

Location was reason chosen- easy close walk from train station. Very clean but rooms small -bright overhead light in room was only light. .No one ever at front desk- we just happened to open door and someone there in process of leaving. Otherwise you have to use the outside phone to call them to let you in. When we checked in we were not offered the Fussen transportation card for free bus in area- i had to ask for it and pick it up later. Not worth the price we paid compared to other hotels in area i googled once there better price, nicer and more amenities

Pleasant, small hotel in Fuessen, a 10-minute drive from Neuschwanstein castle. Stayed with kids. Check-in lobby is down a narrow, one-way cobblestone street in town centre; space to park in front of lobby for check-in, then had to move car to large city parking lot about a 10-minute walk away. Front desk was manned by a young man who was friendly and efficient and very helpful with luggage and taking us to our room - thank you. Room was in separate building one block away from lobby building. No elevator. Room was small and basic but clean and pleasant; no mini fridge. All registered guests were required to show passport at check-in. The neighbourhood is charming and safe and lovely and we loved the evening beer garden and market in the park a couple blocks away. Would stay here again.

Ok for us… they were very accommodating for our needs

I will be requesting a refund. NONE of the amenities listed are provided. No one to talk with. A hostel in town has better accommodations. No one was there to let us in. Had spoke to a man when we were on the way. Left us in the street at 23:30. Had to find another hotel. No coffee no breakfast do not expect to see anyone or get any service or get anyone to answer the phone outside the door. The sign said you could call M2 for English nope German message. Message only we checked in the next morning since I was charged the Full amount prior to arrival I requested a credit for the first night. Never heard back. Good luck with this place.

Rooms are redone and nice. We had 2 rooms on the top floor. No elevator. No ac. 1 room only had a skylight to open for some fresh air. Well it rained in night and my side of bed ended up soaking wet. Hotel only has 4 parking spots.luckily we got one,but had to pay 8€ for night.

The hotel is on a nice quiet corner. That puts you a short walk to everything. To catch the bus for the castle tours is a 5 minute walk.

The place itself is located in a good area of town. The space was bigger and tidier than I expected so that great. The cow painting was funny. The only thing I didn’t like was that to go in to the room I had there were two Doors (one from the outside) that actually happened to be unlocked sometimes. It isn’t by the front desk or anything so that was odd. Besides that great find to recharge if in the area.

The place had four beds for the five of us and that’s enough for us. The whole apartment was a little too cramped together. Only had room for a small table and one chair. One night was totally fine. We couldn’t get to the hotel till after the check in time and I called ahead to let the hotel know and she waited for me. She reserved one parking spot for us. We had Asian food by the hotel. It was just okay but we were craving for some Asian food. The apartment building was right next to a Hookah lounge and a tattoo parlor. I was a little skeptical but it was a safe area.

This was a lovely property, clean and inviting. I would recommend this hotel to others. It is conveniently located in the middle of town, close to the train, restaurants and the people were nice.

Great location, clean room

Our room was spacious. However, it had no windows, only a curtained sliding door in the back room that led to an unusable inner courtyard. No reading lamps, just overhead light. no minibar to keep things cold if needed. There was a nice table in the room. The night we arrived the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and neither was 1 television. It took over 24 hours to fix the Wi-Fi. The hotel was not particularly apologetic about the problems and didn’t really seem to care if we were satisfied. We found out from the Tourist Office that the hotel was supposed to offer us a Fussen card to allow us access to local buses. They were provided when we inquired but we should have been offered without having to ask. The breakfast was ok though we were surprised to see packaged baked sweets beside the smaller mix of nicer rolls and breads. Early birds got better things like local style pretzels but the staff did not keep a reserve of these nicer breads for later arrivals.
