I wasn't expecting to stay here but because my luggage got delayed I made a last second booking for the night. I speak very little Spanish and the staff was very helpful to work around that.

If you are looking for luxury this is not your place. But we were impressed by how clean they kept the room and the areas in general. Our bed was very comfortable. The second bed was not as much, but they provided us with a foam topper which worked great. The restaurant is somehow limited but breakfast was fresh made always. The staff were always courteous and willing to help. The AC in the room was a major plus. Our room was all the way in the back blocking the noise from the front street. Location is perfect. Right in the center of city. The price is extremely affordable and includes breakfast. I will definitely recommend it and come back to it next time.

It's a decent place for a short stay in the center of Palmira. Close to everything. I'd stay here again.

Wow. For the price of a room this was one of the best places we stayed at. We like comfort and safely, but are frugal travelers. The room was really big and spotless. The beds freshly made and smelled good and looked really clean. Air conditioning! A big bureau, nightstands, outlets and a pretty interior. The area outside is relatively busy as it’s close to the center, but that makes it walkable. The staff was super friendly and helped us secure a taxi for a midnight flight out of Cali so alas, we could not enjoy breakfast. This place is a really nice hotel. I’d stay again without a second thought.

Being located in the heart of Palmira, you have access to everything within walking distance. This includes walking distance to microbus station for a ride to Cali as well as being on the microbus routes coming from the airport (the street in front of the hotel) and heading to the airport (the street a block back from the hotel). You have the best of both worlds here: great city access (about and hour microbus ride more or least to the central bus terminal in Cali) without the hustle and bustle of the city.
