Super clean and nice hotel...very new

Clean and quiet. Only issue was the breakfast area opened late both days. May not seem like much but there were quite a few workers who rely on that to be open at a specific time in order to get to work on time. Also, they woul ld not give me a paper reciept, which I need for work. The said this was because I booked through Expedia, makes no sense. Every other hotel always has.

Great stay!

It was just for one night but my stay was enjoyable. Check in was quick. Our room was missing an ice bucket and the front desk quickly helped us get one, so they resolve problems expeditiously. The bed was comfortable. The blanket was so warm and cozy! I have no complaints about our stay.

Wish there were more dining and gas stations near by

This property was under construction! It would have been nice for them to let us know before we booked. The pool and gym were both closed during our stay due to remodeling. Also there were construction vehicles parked along the road. The employees were less than helpful. We felt as though we were inconveniencing them by asking questions.

The hotel is being renovated. Didn’t know the pool was closed until we headed down to swim. Would have been nice to know when booking or checking in.

Clean, under construction, so maybe a bit pricey for this, but everything worked and was nice

Stayed here several times. Still under renovations. Staff pleasant. Room comfortable. Nice breakfast included.

Property is under construction so lots of construction stuff laying around but my stay was awesome as always

Excellent customer service. Friendly and professional. Large TV with many channels. Great water pressure in the shower with hot water. Comfy bed. Pristine linens.

They didn't cancel our reservation like the front desk said they would. We stayed in Columbus because their pool was open. I hope you refund the almost $300. Since we didn't see the hotel room at all. We checked in and right back out when front desk said your pool was under construction

Great staff!

Hotel is nice, clean and new. Our shower broke and we had to switch rooms, but the hotel was great and it was easily fixed.

I stayed at this facility from March 1 March 2 one night, myself and two sons. My youngest son complained about something crawling on him at night. Couldn’t find it, however in the morning. We seen a bug crawling around on the bed. I went to the front desk after taking pictures. The gentleman at the front stated that they have to do an investigation. He then proceeded to give me his general manager‘s card. I reached out to the general manager. I left a detailed message via email about the situation.
