The pillows are atrocious but otherwise the stay was phenomenal.

Amazing hotel in the center of ortisei. We also got given free transport passes and access to the local pool and spa!

The room was so hot with no air conditioning and when told to open the window it got even hotter. The towels were like sandpaper and the bed was like sleeping on the bare floor. Also there was only one outlet in the room and it was across the room

Great location in center of town. A little loud off main highway but significantly helped by river noise. No air conditioning , so warmer than you may want in middle of summer

Couldn't recommend this hotel more! Peter was an incredible, caring host and the hotel is so incredibly easy to get to and access tons of restaurants and adventures nearby. Awesome breakfast and a truly amazing experience!

Great location in the center of town. Peter and the rest of the staff were outstanding! We really enjoyed the second floor balcony every afternoon. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was made exceptional by the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly, the provided us with anything we asked for. We were greated with warm smiles and enthusiastic hellos Everytime we came in and went out. The location was amazing walking distance to all the best attractions.

In the town centre with paid metered underground car park. Easy foot access to gondola and funicular. Family fun by charming staff

Fantastic hotel. Staff, especially those at front desk, are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of a great town with lots of art and shopping and easy walkable access to three lifts to hiking trails. Rooms are nice and even in the front are quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Despite a last second late night booking on Expedia, our concierge held the room past closing and welcomed us. We got a great price on a clean large room right in the town square. We stayed an extra night because we really enjoyed our stay. The concierge gave us a lot of advice and coupons which save us much time and money, making our stay fun and relaxing. A solid breakfast with fresh fruit and bread and good coffee.u Hotel Garni (and Expedia) really came through for us after we had to bail on another accomodation that was not very welcoming. Thanks Hotel Garni!

For us travelling by train then bus the location could not have been better, you get off the bus with your luggage in Ortisei and you have a 50 metre walk to the hotel. The Hotel is located right in the main square which is so picturesque and clean, full of lovely shops and friendly people. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is spotless, our room was huge with so much storage and a view that was out of the 'Sound of Music ". A new modern bathroom and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent for dinner. The staff helped us with maps and other information, and the complimentary bus pass was a nice touch as we used the local buses very much again the location couldn’t have been better for not only exploring Ortisei but the whole Val Gardens.

일단 오르티세이 가장 한복판 버스정류장 바로 앞인게 가장 큰 매력이고 아침 조식 또한 훌륭 했습니다 휴식을 위해 히노끼와 야외 요워터풀 욕조도 있어서 산행 후 피로 회복에도 참 좋았어요

オルティゼーイの中心部で便利でした。同じ建物内にあるレストランは美味しかったです。オルティゼーイでは水道水が飲めて美味しいのでミネラルウォーターはいりません。

Great Hotel. The place is better than the Pictures. Staff polite, good Location, confy and quite room. We booked a 4 guest room and it was pretty big. It had even a second bathroom. Reccomend
