Great location for the Medina attractions. You need to like cats Difficult to navigate to on the first attempt. Call for escort. You need to order dinner early on the morning of or it is not possible There are times when the staff only speaks French.

Beautiful riad with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The location is overall great and pretty close to everything, but the immediate surroundings of the riad are a little bit rough, which we learned is common for most riads on this city. Still tremendously fun and highly recommended.

We have the best experience at Dar Chadia! I have never experienced this kind of hospitality before and we are world travelers! Coralia and Said were amazing and guided us very well. A truly at home experience. While I traveled with my grown children, there was another family with little kids and this place is for everyone! They helped us with maps, ideas, shuttle bookings, hammam recommendations, luggage transfers, and Said even dropped us at 6 am to the front of the gate! We are very grateful and hope to come back again in 2024! Thank you team Dar Chadia! We loved at our stay at your beautiful Riad. ** CLOSE PROXIMITY to everything within the Medina! Stay here!!

We had great experience of staying at Dar Chadia for one night. Hosts are very organized and took care of us well. They conveniently arranged for Taxi (with additional price) when we contacted them for transportation for from/to airport. This hotel location is 5-6 min walk from Taxi stand. But owners/staff received and guided us well. Very convenient and walkable distance to Medina square area. We enjoyed walking through narrow alleys even though some parts are not very neat. They made delicious breakfast with mint tea in the morning. Very pleased with the experience and would recommend it for others

I stayed three nights as a solo traveler, and this is an excellent choice near the main square and palaces. Besides the prime location, Said is an extremely welcoming manager and host, ready to help with any request for reservations. Highly recommend

Great stay - lovely French couple manages this wonderful riad. Felt just like home! Minutes away from major attractions such as Jamaa Al Fina and Bahia Palace. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Best hospitality ever!! When we booked our hotel, they sent us an email to arrange airport pickup. It was past midnight when we landed. When we got to the hotel, the host greeted us outside and walked us to the location so we wouldn't get lost. All the pathways are like mazes in Marrakesh. The room was clean and have AC. The people there were so friendly and helpful. They will help arrange for any activites you wish to do. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was very quiet. No street noise. Saied (?sp), the manager was wonderful and extremely helpful. The shower worked great (which is sometimes a challenge in Morocco, we found). It was tucked into a back street with some dark alleys, which would have been a little scary in other places, but we felt quite safe in Morocco/Marrakech. One sees women walking alone in the dark alleys all the time, so me and my daughter felt quite safe walking together. We did have to ask for a second set of towels, but that really wasn't that big a deal. The breakfast was very good with ample coffee.

Great little place to stay in Marrakech. The hosts and everyone working there was friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable walking around in the evenings. They helped us to arrange tours, trains and taxis. Room was comfortable and clean, and good breakfast. If I ever return to Marrakech I would definitely stay here again.

Appalling behaviour by French couple who own this Riad. I arrived at 10pm at Dar Chadia to be confronted by the French owners (and her brother) that they would not accept my Hotel.com booking, but instead wanted 50EUR cash. They knew at this time that I could not refuse. From the start, the French female proprietors attitude was hostile, with her preference clearly for elder French couples. My friend's flight had been delayed and she said that they would not be allowed to stay, so I had to offer to open the door. I admit that this was an inconvenience for them, to which I was sorry, but their approach was really sour. When my friend arrived, he overheard the French lady say "50EUR is not enough money for this inconvenience" under her breath. The atmosphere from her, her sister-in-law and her brother in the morning was so toxic and uncomfortable. Her husband slightly more pleasant. We felt utterly uncomfortable, as though impeding in their home. We felt a little more relaxed when they finally left. The Moroccan doing breakfasts was by contrast much friendlier, and represented his own country's hospitality much better. Breakfast was underwhelming and squeezed onto a tiny table, the toiletries were poor quality. The riad is appealing decorated and elegant, but we felt utterly uncomfortable from the French female owner and hope she manages to improve her attitude, and have a bit more empathy, towards guests in the future.... or get out of the hospitality industry.

It was my second visit after Covid-19 Morocco is slowly opened up again. Younes is much more than a manager, he gives valuable advice, what to do and better not to do and helps you whenever you need it Latifa make the most delicious breakfast, and both make you feel welcome and at home any time

We were blown away with the service and we were so impressed with the kindness and effort that was put in by our Chadia family to make our trip so special. We felt like part of the family by the end and already miss our new friends Marijke, Younes, and Latifa. We loved our trip to Marrakech, the Riad was beautiful, the city was beautiful and the people were so kind and friendly.

I cannot rate this Riad highly enough. Do take advantage of the transfer as finding it through the maze of alleys would not be easy alone. The place is beautifully restored, comfortable and has a fabulous roof terrace. Breakfast is substantial and kept us full til mid afternoon. The thing that differentiates this riad from all the others are the people. Younes really does look after you, from taking you on your first walk to the square so you dont get lost, getting a sim card,Showing where the atms are and all sorts of other hints and tips,he even made me a spiced drink to help my chesty cough. We also spent many hours chatting to the lovely owner about life marrakech and restoring the Riad. If and when we return we can only ever come here.
