Receptionist nice & kind to cater our complain & needs, free parking space. Change room once, air conditioner not cool & need to restart few times, bathroom dirty, bed sheet stained, sands on bed.

Just stay for one night. location wise it good for adventurer next to Penang National Park. have jungle trekking, beaches and nature. Room are ok but need to improved on the water heater. both my rooms the heater are not working. they really need to chance bed sheet and pillow covers so that guest are comfortable. other than that it just inline with the rate.
