I book this hotel via online, when I reached the hotel actually this hotel never receive my booking from the app, I call the online agent and they say they already send my booking to hotel and don't know why the hotel did not receive my booking, I must wait for 3 hours until the hotel receive my booking from the app. After 3 hours, the room was not available and they say they have a room but it's a standard one, and I was booking for a deluxe room. I say I don't want it and if they don't give the room according to my booking, I will call the online agent to cancel the booking, because previously the online agent asked me if I want to cancel or still in this hotel. After I say that to the reception, suddenly she gave a room according to my booking. How can? Before that, she said no deluxe room, but when I told her like this she gave the room. I stay there for 4 nights and on the 3rd day they changed my room without reason. I don't know why the hotel did things like this.
