Pros: Staff is very good and help us grab a bag because there is no elevator, hotel use only but do not worry 3 levels. The rooms are very comfortable big and beautiful ready to have a teddy bear again, no noisy. Cons: Away from the lee garden plaza area but close to Hatyai Train Station. Can grab Grab to get to Lee Garden Plaza Overall 6 stars for this hotel.
