Very good hotel Nice view and location

Gate to hotel locked at 11:00 pm & no warning so had to wait 45 minutes while the night manager discovered there was another gate he could open from reception to allow us access. He had not been trained. Service in the restaurant at breakfast was non existant. Staff just ignored you & no one asked if we wanted beverages. We had to go and grab them to get served. A hotel that is run by an obviously incompetent Manager

Everyone at Grand hotel santa maria was so nice, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. the rooms were beautiful, our balcony was so nice, the breakfast was delicious, and it was so close to the cute town. We had a lovely vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Maria! The location was perfect—peaceful, charming, and close to everything we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, and the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful staff and a lovely property with amazing views

Very nice hotel, great suite over looking the water and the hotel restaurant's octopus salad was phenomenal, the best I've ever had.

Renovated hotel, superior service in restaurants (espacialy Donna Elisa rest 5 star hotel service) and everywere, they have very good food, sunset, terrasse, and amazing lounge music in all bars and rest. Room view on magnificiant beach (water sand). Near amazing little town with stores, rest., boardwalk, etc 10 min walk. We arrived at hotel by bus 20 min walk in a besutiful town (easy)

Fantastic lovely location. Breakfast great. Good beach. Shower plumbing was bad. Had to go to buy mr muscle to clear it. Staff did not. Otherwise I would say great place and would go back.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. There was building work happening whilst we were there, which was a bit noisy.

The position of this hotel is perfect but the service isn’t great. One of the poorest welcomes ever given. We were handed our key and sent to our room, not given any information at all- where breakfast was, times, how to get to the beach etc (no information in room either). We were given the impression that Expedia clients were inferior. Offers free parking but this is valet parking off site so your car has to be requested in advance. Breakfast basic for a four star establishment, tinned fruit salad. Room very basic but kept clean by house staff. Excellent position with outstanding lifeguard who was attentive and helpful- the reception staff could learn a lot from him.

Loved the beach and the sea. The hotel was great too

Gemäss Hotels.com hätte ich als Gold-Kunde eine Weinflasche als Willkommensgeschenk erhalten sollen, dies war jedoch leider nicht der Fall. Abgesehen davon war alles hervorragend: eine tolle Aussicht, ein grosszügiges Bad und ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Personal sowie der Empfang waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Meget behageligt ophold. Top service i restauranterne, receptionen, på stranden ….100% Rengøring i top . S M Casltellabate er skønt sted!!

Per prima cosa é la terza volta che andiamo al grand hotel santa maria,penso che ho accumulato 10 notti ?la prossima dovrei avere una notte gratis? questultimo soggiorno molto bene camera bellissima,pulizia bene bar in camera un po caro come un po tutto piu caro.la spiaggia 20e al giorno il parcheggio 10 anche gli asciugamani 2 euro al giorno comunque siamo contenti e speriamo di tornare l`ánno prossimo. Migliori saluti

Bella location direttamente sul mare a pochi passi dal centro di Santa Maria. Staff gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard ma ci hanno assegnato, con nostra sorpresa, una junior sweet di 2 categorie superiori. Che dire: pienamente soddisfatti. Parcheggio e lettini in spiaggia sono a pagamento.

Struttura conosciuta da anni location invidiabile e impagabile colazione ottima personale gentile e disponibile
