I can’t wait to go back!!

The location and room was extremely perfect only downside was that my TV in my room wasn’t working other than that 10/10 this is my second time will be returning!!

Had a great stay, no complaints on my stay. Rooftop pool was very nice as well. Wish check in was a bit earlier, other than that. Would recommend.

I expected more from a Marriott property. The room condition was poor. Dirty tile floor, missing toilet paper holder, towel rack fell off wall while in use. Had to ask for towels in the room after arrival.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here. The room was great, the location was ideal ( close to everything). You do pay for parking as a convenience of not looking for parking on the street, but it was worth it. Will definitely be staying again.

Our Room Only Had 1 Wash Cloth & We Had To Wait 12hrs To Recieve 2 Wash Cloths

I loved the location. The neighborhood was clean and decent.

Very comfortable and easy accessibility.

The property was very beautiful and the staff was so nice and professional also helpful.

I loved that they have an app to use for literally everything. They answer very quick on the app chat for assistance.

Was easy to check in and out

1. My access code to the room did not work and I needed to go downstairs to ask the front desk to fix it 2. The TV in the room had no wifi/internet service and could not be fixed so I had to change rooms Not a very good first experience

Streets were loud but understandable of its location. Overall beautiful hotel. It was expensive given it wasn't near a beach.

Average service

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Area was nice and the room was great. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we are in the area.

Room was in a disgusting state. Toilet was not cleaned from previous use. Fake eyelashes left on the ground. Very very unhygienic

easy check in

We stayed in room 307. I was disappointed because the room had a patio instead of a balcony. The room was in good shape but the cleanliness could have been better. The door handles, light switches and bathroom door all had smudges and handprints on them. The floor didn’t seem to have been mopped before we arrived. None of this was a huge deal for us, but what was a huge deal was that the air conditioner in our room didn’t work properly. We had maintenance there 3 different times to fix it, but it never worked correctly. The room was stuffy and humid, which made it hard to sleep. Walls are pretty thin too - we could hear the conversation of the people on the room next door to us. The staff was great and they did their best to get our air conditioning fixed. They offered us to change rooms but it was 3:00 am with my husband already asleep so we declined. The pool is great - they could use bigger towels and have fresh ones brought more often. We liked having the Publix, Walgreens and coffee shop right there. It made it really convenient to grab things quickly. We self parked on the road by the golf course construction with no problem.

We had a great experience!

The airlines delayed my flight I had to change my reservation.. hotel would not reschedule my stay so I lost my money.
