This hotel was clean and well managed. We did have one problem. Lost our key card and it took 2 hours to sort that out because the staff don't work late so couldn't get a new card. The night porter made up a temporary card for us with insulting tape and it actually worked. He got a big tip for that.

The water does not flow since four o'clock, check out at 7 o'clock, still does not flow.

Overall, this place is very good. Is a condo for rent daily Security is ok. The receptionist is good until the security guard. Inside the room there is a kitchen to cook. The bathroom is very clean. Everything looks new The central part of this place is ok, very beautiful. The pool is very clean. Next to Rawai Beach, walk across the road to reach the beach In front of there is a restaurant Seven Eleven and Easy Mart

Clean rooms, good reception staff. Swimming pool ok But the air conditioner in the room is not cold and noisy.
