Really dissapointed with this hotel, bad service, bad room, bad key/access to the room, its not 4/5 star hotel, but 1 star hotel. Will never stay here again. Highly not recommended.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, we got a free upgrade to the room, just thank you Al Madinah.

Hotel bersih, pelayanan sangat baik, hanya sedikit jauh saja jaraknya dengan masjid nabawi, untuk sarapan tidak tau karena hanya pesan room only.

Staf hotel nya ramah, cek in nya juga cepat, kamar nya bersih luas, setiap hari di bersihkan makannya lumayan enak … ok deh

Room cleaning everyday. Water etc can get everyday. Wifi so fast.

Room so cleannes. Lift enough for all guests. Near nabawi just 5menit walking.

Receptionist was very helpful. We were allowed to check in early. And they upgrade us to 5 bedrooms instead of 3 bedrooms

It doesn't have bathub as mentioned in app. Check in and check out very fast. Breakfast very poor. It provide fast food nugget. It serve drink with disposable cup. The option very very limited. Overpriced.

The hotel is very close to the Madina mosque, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Service is quite good.
