The hotel is comfortable, the swimming pool is nice with a cool view.

I booked a privilege room and the balcony was so dirty it was useless and I couldn't use it. The staff was okay. The hotel itself was fine, but when I first entered the lobby, it wasn't cool; the air conditioning wasn't working.

My first stay at the Mercure City Center: Check-in was too late at 3 PM. Even though we arrived at the hotel at 3 PM, the superior non-smoking room we booked wasn't ready. After pushing the front desk, we were upgraded to a non-smoking room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. The front desk officer, a man who seemed quite senior (I don't remember his name), was friendly. We entered the room and it was nice, as the hotel is relatively new. However, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke; it turned out there was an ashtray on the balcony. There was also potential cigarette smoke from both sides. The bedsheet had stains, so we asked for a new one. The housekeeping staff were friendly, polite, and kind. However, the lingering smell of cigarettes lingered, so they gave us a perfume diffuser to help eliminate the odor. We went out to eat and returned home around 10 PM, smelling again. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, a bit in front of the road, and the motorbike exhausts were very noisy. I couldn't get any rest. I complained to the front desk and was offered a room on the 10th floor, which was at the back. But I downgraded my room. It was actually quieter, and didn't smell of cigarette smoke at all. So I moved rooms. The front desk was also nice. Breakfast had a wide variety of menu items. The room was okay, and the staff responded quickly to requests for drinks, etc. However, the food could have tasted better. The spices were lacking in flavor. It tended to be bland. Parking: If you arrive late during peak season, be prepared to use valet parking or parallel parking. The basement and front lobby are very limited. There's only one elevator to the basement, and the other only goes as far as the lobby. The hotel is easy to access, not far from Asia Afrika. However, leaving the hotel and heading north of the city requires a fairly long detour. Checkout and other services were smooth. Conclusion: The staff are friendly and prompt. It's better to choose a room at the top or back for quieter service.

The location is excellent, very close to Jl. Braga on foot. There are also plenty of street food stalls across from the hotel. It was a pleasure staying here.

Check-in was smooth. I was immediately given a room key and headed to my room. I went in, took a shower, went out, and returned in the middle of the night. Before bed, I showered, changed into clean clothes, and went to sleep. The next morning I checked out, and the FO confirmed it was OK, meaning the room clearance was okay, so I was allowed to leave the hotel. On my way home, I received a WhatsApp message from housekeeping saying the bed linen had a pen ink stain. Then I called the frontline and continued to communicate via WhatsApp, stating that my bed was clean and that I hadn't written on the bed. I emphasized and confirmed this. There's been no further feedback, so I consider this case closed. I started to think negatively, saying the bed linen could have been dirty from the previous guest, and there were ink stains, just to get the next victim. But this is just an assumption, not a justification. But I was disappointed with this situation. I don't know, I'll think twice about staying here again, I'm disappointed... most likely just looking for another hotel.

The room was nice and comfortable. I tried a different type than usual and it turned out to be very comfortable, well worth the price. The pizza was also delicious.

Try the suite room type, it turns out to be very pleasant.

The water discharge is very small and should be better because it gives the impression that the hotel is saving water.

We checked in and checked out and couldn't get parking. They prioritized guests with events, but hotel guests were not given priority to get parking. Instead, they were transferred to valet even though we were hotel guests.

A family-friendly hotel with excellent cleanliness. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless, the hotel grounds are clean, and the staff is friendly. The neighborhood is easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and coffee shops. I'll be back.

As an Accor member, I think this hotel needs improvement in the parking area which is still narrow and limited… The food tastes good… Only the variety needs to be increased and for the service, the staff are friendly and helpful… Stay amazing Mercure.

Have stayed here many times, because it is close to the city center and there are many places to eat around.
