The only thing I don't recommend is the food at the swim pool bar, the rest is okay.

it was wonderful moments, stay 2 nights in mercure bandung city center with family I have often stayed at hotels in the accor chain, never disappointing. I booked 2 rooms, deluxe twin and double type, the comfortable room atmosphere makes you feel at home in the room, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room refrigerator is not cold, immediately replaced with a new one. swimming pool with a nice view

This is the second time I've stayed here, it's in the middle of the city, I can walk to Lengkong street food, Asia Afrika, there's also really delicious chicken noodles nearby. The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is friendly, the rules are not complicated, the room facilities are complete, AC, hot water, drinking water, hair dryer, etc. It's just a shame that my complaint is still the same as before, the TV channel signal is really bad, sometimes it's on, sometimes it's off, sometimes it cuts out, the picture is unclear, sometimes the sound is without a picture, it's really bad. For those who want to staycation at a hotel, TV channels are very important, even though I stayed there a few years ago, the TV channels were still not good, as many as the channels were not on, only the hotel advertisements were on, and the soundproofing is also lacking in my opinion, I'm on the 9th floor but the sound of vehicles, especially those with loud exhausts, is very loud, the sound of the next/front room can be heard, especially in the bathroom, the room next to the bathroom can also be heard, and this time I got pranked by a kid who ran in the hallway and played with my room bell, a very colorful experience

The room was clean, it was just a shame that a hotel of that class didn't provide slippers, the AC wasn't on.. I didn't complain because I checked in at night so I wanted to rest immediately, but it only felt hot in the middle of the night so I was too lazy to complain.. The service should be improved to be better.

The gym is too small & some equipment broke down, but overall such as cleanliness, hospitality are good.

It's just that the parking lot is small and close together, prone to scratches from hitting the door of the car next door, but the security guards are all alert. I don't want to go out by car, but I'm lazy, but I can still use Grab, there's a culinary place nearby, so I just walk.

The hotel is close to Bandung Train Station. Room is excellent and comfortable. Breakfast spread is excellent. Hotel amenities are complete with a mosque for comfort of religious responsibility. The infinity pool overlooked the legendary Bandung Agung Mosque. Street food at Jalan Lengkong Kecil is fantastic. Front desk staffs are all very efficient. I love Indonesian hospitality.

Overall ok. My suggestion is to improve the cleanliness and condition of the hotel room facilities.

1st time staying at this hotel and left a good impression. Mercure City Center is on the list of family favorites for staycation in Bandung.

Mountain view and city view can be seen clearly from the rooftop. Minus: Swimming pool because on the rooftop the water is very cold, Limited parking, Even entering the lobby must queue, but there are always officers on standby. To pick up online food orders must walk to the front. Incidentally when staying the TV connection error so could not watch any broadcasts full day.
