I only had a quick stay, but everything was as expected and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Outstanding little inn with a very friendly staff that knocks on your door in the middle of the night to let you know that the lights are in the sky. By no means is it palatial but it is exactly what you need if you come to Iceland to see the lights. It is located in the perfect location for just that. Bring your own TP … theirs is like sandpaper. You’ll need a car for this location too unless you’re comfortable taking a bus or calling for a cab. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Iceland.

Awesome, clean and charming property near the lighthouses in Gardur. Killer breakfast. Worth the short drive from the airport

Amazing stay but highly disappointed that the bar and restaurant was close through out our stay, Absolutely beautiful smiley welcoming lady Matilda is she’s an asset to your hotel, we can’t thank her enough she made our holiday xx

Great food, great staff, great location!

We’ve stayed here multiple times, it’s fantastic! Accommodations are great. The food is great. The staff is amazing. It’s convenient for the northern lights a quick drive to Reykjavík, Keflavík, etc.

Love the lighthouse Inn it is close to the airport and has a beautiful lighthouse across the road - you do need a hire car to get there but it is warm and friendly and staff are great and the area is very quiet and peaceful

Lighthouse Inn exceeded all my expectation. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and the Chef was amazing. We visited around Christmas time and the Chef made Cojito and gave us some. I would Definitely rebook this hotel.

The front desk personnel were very friendly. The bed was soft and the room clean. The breakfast was exceptional!! One of the best breakfasts I have ever experienced at a hotel. Fresh fruit fresh baked bread, bacon and eggs. Amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you go to visit in Iceland. It is one of the best!

Excellent property, 24 hours front desk and the staff was amazing. Nice sitting area and breakfast was wonderful.

What a wonderful place. The staff is amazing. The location ideal to see the Northern Lights. Of course there is never a guarantee, but if they do happen, that's the place to be.

This property went above and beyond. The place, the staff and location are perfect. We will definitely comeback.

Lovely well equipped spacious family room. Smart tv, fridge, kettle. Good breakfast with hot and cold options and free coffee always available in reception. Location was perfect, 20mins from airport but quiet and great for northern lights viewing :)

A very cool dining area

This is the best property I have stayed in my life. There is no competition like at all. It was pristine. It felt like being in a cabin away from home. Breakfast was so lovely and they also offered to have it packed up for me since my flight was so early. The weather was no good but I felt very cozy. If I ever visit Iceland, I know where I’ll be staying.

Great location for impromptu northern lights watching, super close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, warm, clean. Include the expected amenities (fridge, kettle, safe) and the free breakfast was a quite nice way to start the day!

This was an awesome little spot. Nice quiet and clean. Staff were so very kind even decorating our room for our honeymoon and making us sandwhiches to go for our early checkout. Resturant food and staff also lovely. Would stay here again.
