After a long drive booked this place to rest in a quiet place. We liked the atmosphere of the hotel and decided to stay another night. We enjoyed the Boyana Church and spent the afternoon in Vitosha mountains. When I drive by Sofia I know where to stay.

Very nice place!!! Good staff, perfect location, luxury rooms. Everything is perfect!!!

Cozy. I have read some concerning reviews, but our room was clean, no cigarette smell. Pillows could be better, and they had a big party downstairs which was loud. They should have warn us or offer a discount... anyway, parking is free behind the building, room was nice, bathroom also, wifi was okey.

Very bad experience. I don’t understand how this hotel has this many stars and so high score on booking. Room was cramped and always funny smelling. Air conditioning/circulation was not working well so the smell didn’t go away. The hotel did not have water for a whole day?! Even though breakfast is prepared for you (only 3 options), quality of the ingredients are very bad so I wouldn’t recommend getting breakfast. There very few personnel at any given time , so they must be under pressure. That’s why I think it’s unfair to blame them for their poor service and attitude.

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The rooms are quite nice and beautifully furnished, the bed is very confortable, but the restaurant’s menu is very poor and there is no valet to help you with the luggage. There are not so many choices for breakfast. We had an English breakfast which was far from being delicious. However, a good point is the parking which is quite big.
