The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is unsurpassable I think and lots going on nearby.

We had an incredible stay at the SANSEbay Hotel! The welcome and service was outstanding, the room was beautiful with views across the sea and best of all the location was in the heart of the vibrant old town.

Wonderful service, very comfortable, and beautiful views! I will 100% stay here the next time I come back. My only feedback is for the hotel to provide instructions for how to drive to the hotel, since most of the roads are pedestrian only. As a reminder for anyone driving, you need to reserve a car spot in advance. There was a guy who did not and he was very rude to the receptionist.

Great location. The 2 bedroom apartment may family and I had was very modern and well maintained. The location is excellent for access to the beach, shops and restaurant. The breakfast was really good and staff were so polite and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location but difficult to get to due to the one way systems in San Sebastian.

Wonderful staff and service

Best location, stylish and comfortable. Rooms are just really small - so small that the big window only opens 20% and we but a chair above a closet for the second suitcase. And the view is a wall… a nice brick wall, but a wall. Would stay here in a beat on a quick trip with very little luggage - or only book a front room with a view - but just too tight for comfort. Was too full for us to upgrade our room, which I think would have changed the experience a lot.

The hotel is cute and the staff is nice. We were close to every thing, the restaurants and the beach. We had a room on the left side and people walking by could see into our room. That was the only issue that we had. The restaurant was nice to grab coffee in the morning and even a croissant or hot meal. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastically appointed Hotel..Super staff ..Nice room..good sleep quality ..excellent shower. One issue with parking but I will take up with hotel direct.If you are not driving here SANSEbay is a must.

We had a great stay at SANSEbay hotel. It was really conveniently located in the old town and a short walk to the beach. The streets were busy in the evenings but the hotel was quiet and the people had no trouble sleeping. The beds were really comfortable. Overall great stay!
