We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SANSEbay Hotel in San Sebastian, without a doubt the most beautiful boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. Every detail of the hotel is decorated with so much taste, elegance, and attention to detail. The atmosphere is simply perfect. The location could not be better, right in the heart of everything and with stunning surroundings. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional, and Andreea at reception deserves a special mention. She was so warm, helpful, and welcoming that she made us feel truly cared for from the very first moment. We left genuinely impressed and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Sebastian. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Lovely self-catering accommodation near to the coast. Not all rooms have views, but this did not distract from our enjoyable stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room, complete with washing machine, cooking facilities and dishwasher was clean and comfortable. The facilities enabled us to purchase delicious seafood at a local supermarket and cook it ourselves, saving a fortune. San Sebastian is renowned for great restaurants, however they are expensive, so self-catering can save a lot of money. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. WiFi was good. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel very well located in the old district of San Sebastián right next to key tourist sights and the bulk of pinxto bar/restaurants. The room itself was clean, modern decoration, great shower and comfortable bed. We particularly enjoyed the sea view across the bay. The staff were accommodating to change a sofa into a bed and helpful with information. The breakfast was limited but tasted good. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Of all of my travels, this hotel is my personal favorite. I have stayed there several times. The rooms are perfectly clean, the breakfast is ala carte and delicious. The location is PERFECTION-- in Parte Vieja but on the water side, and the staff is amazing. Staff are responsive to email and whatsapp, they have been very helpful in assisting with restaurant reservations or arranging transportation. They are sincerely proud of the Sansebay Hotel and it shows!

This was the most perfect hotel we have run across. A perfect location for a San Sebastian visit. The rooms were beautifully designed for form and function, and the people! Andreea met us on arrival, and by her actions made it clear she and the rest of the staff were there to make our stay enjoyable. It was true - 100% of the staff took a little extra time to greet us sincerely and inquire if we needed anything.
