I think for the room of apartment was good. but I don't like about their attitude when I want to check in, I have to wait 1 hours before check in to the apartment. last but not least when I want to check out they makes me waiting for an hour again. I have many agenda and I have to reschedule of my agenda. it's bad services ever .

The room a quite smelly. No iron even though ask for several times. The person deal with me cheat on me. Not give back the refund money for the room deposit!

Very disappointing. The reality of the room is not according to order. From the beginning it was unpleasant. Check-in room was very late. Previously there was no notification from the owner to us. So when we will check in there are obstacles. We are not told where to take the room key. So I have to contact traveloka center and I got the telephone number. But it's not that easy, the owner can't be contacted. We have contacted dozens of times but can't. The employee is also unwilling to raise our phone. After we run out of new Asr we can communicate and get rooms that don't fit the order. 2 units of Queen bed booked, there is only 1 unit of Queen bed and 1 sofa. Then from the 2 nights we ordered, I was immediately reminded to move to tomorrow's room. Sy hope the room facilities will be better. But in reality the vastness of the rooms is not better. The internet network is bad and can't, AC 1 unit is broken, room equipment isn't there, msh 1 Queen bed room. Day 2 in the morning I have been prepared. Up to 1/2 day, we can just go out for a walk. 1/2 day time is running out to wait. Day 3 days check out. Sy informed from 10. And just met mid-day. There was a problem during the check in. We have to wait almost 3 hours for the owner to response. At that time we already give up and lodged our complaint to ota. Luckily before ota find us another accommodation, the owner response. As a sign of apology, the owner give us better room to stay. The worker also helped us to carry our bags to the room. Please prepare for the room deposit. The room was clean and comfortable. Several problems occur such as leaky kitchen sink and electric kettle not functioning. However, the owner responded immediately and replace the kettle. The leaky sink I requested him to repair next time for future guest. Beware to leave your food expose since this room is full with tiny cockroaches. The WiFi works really great and very fast. We can watch YouTube from the TV all day long without any buffering. The location was very strategic since it is near to monorail station (10 minutes walk). Easy to find Grab also. Below the apartment, you can find 24hr convenient store. During check out, the worker again helped us to carry our bags to the lobby. The owner cannot come and he requested if he can transfered back the deposit money via bank transfer. I demanded it to be by hand since we need it urgently but he was outside during that time. We agreed for the transfer but unfortunately he used IBG instead of instant transfer. Meaning we need to wait for another 1.5 days to receive the money. In conclusion the stay was moderate and a little hiccup during the check in and receiving back the deposit money.

Hi. I will give some reviews for this apartement. But before that let me tell you what you should do once you arrive on this place. You have to directly contact the person who owned the room since the receptionist won't know about your booking. You will got the detail on your mail after booking. Room is clean. The water heater works well. But I found the hairdryer not working. The stove is usable, you can cook everytime you want. Refrigerator is ok. Balcony provided as our request. But you can't find many channels from the TV. One more, please make sure the owner provide the bath soap. You also need to make sure the WiFi is working before the person who give you the room key leave. When you want to check out, just leave the room key in the locker provided. Deket banget sama KL tower dan Twin tower. So far, love this place! Tempatnya seru, ngga ada yang gangguin, bebas deh kaya rumah sendiri hehe 😄
