great stay, great service

It was ok , nothing unique by any means. It could use some updates in furniture and televisions. A bit of quality control in cleaning of the rooms would be nice also.

The front desk assigned a room to someone else and they came in at 1am while I was sleeping. The hotel claims they have a problem with the system and it happens often but they haven’t gotten it fixed yet. Clearly someone isn’t doing their due diligence at this property

Easy to find and well kept

Nice clean modern hotel. Sam’s Sneads restaurant close by, right on the golf course. We stay at this hotel on our way from Ottawa to Halifax 4 times a year. This hotel is getting to be too expensive for a quick night’s stay.

We enjoyed our stay.It was our best hotel experience.

Close to the highway

Great ambiance, neat and clean and very friendly staff. Restaurant has a great Chef Menu.

Staff were great as always, however the bed had hair under the fitted sheet when I pulled the covers back. The bathroom vent was caked in dust and the sink didnt drain properly because it likely hadnt been cleared of hair, etc. This has happened before when we stayed, but the hotel and staff are fantastic. We still love this hotel. Just needs better attention to cleaning

Nice hotel with friendly staff

We needed a hotel near the site of a sports tournament. This was the closest option that was affordable. Our two queen room was $213 CAD which a fair price. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. This hotel is by a golf course and entertainment complex but we did not use these due to our short stay. We were satisfied with this stay and would stay again.

It was fine as always. I was told the breakfast was on in the morning which it was. I was not told there was a charge which surprised me. Not a complaint, just should be told when checking in about the charge.

Dirty room. Hair in both beds . Hair in shower . Hair on bathroom sink area. Floor not swept. Chairs in dining area stained. Pancakes at breakfast raw in centre. Eggs, bacon ham hash browns super greasy. Server at breakfast did not acknowledge raw pancakes or offer any discount.
