The place is so beautiful and comfortable, the staff was courteous and solve all my doubts. I hope I can back soon.

Its a nice place lovely gardens however no AC no mosquito guards on windows so you cant open to get air flow, also beds are rock hard, it is close to zocalo and sites if they had a fan in room that would help.

Room was very clean. Had a proper office chair, which would be ideal for doing extended work at the desk. My favorite feature of this property was the second-floor terrace, which had comfortable seating and a good view of the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios. I spent hours there reading a book and admiring the view of the Santuario.

Amazing hacienda/ranch style hotel. Massive property with gardens, pool, trees, views of catedral and pyramid. It’s close to everything . There is an awe olaza across the street with amazing restaurants and coffee.

The hotel is over rated. I think that it should not cost more than 600 - 700 Mx. pesos. The rooms have no Windows and telephone, the key was not working properly , I found a bug in the bathroom, amenities were poor, even if I did not used them. If they ask me for 700 pesos I could consider to return.

Nice place, some 5 blocks of walking to major points in Cholula. They've got a big parking area, gardens.

Todo bien, limpieza

Habitación limpia, estacionamiento gratuito. Los eventos o celebraciónes deben realizarse más alejado de las habitaciones para no afectar por el ruido a los huéspedes.

Muy buen hotel nos gustó mucho

Excelente ubicación, cerca del centro de Cholula, cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y sobretodo de la gran pirámide. En planta alta hay una terraza compartida con vista a la parte lateral de la Iglesia que está sobre la pirámide. El estacionamiento es amplio y hay un gran jardín. Mi habitación tuvo una gran área que incluye una sala de estar y está muy bien ambientada. Considero deben mejorar la ventilación, ya que no cuenta con ventanas y para el caso de la ducha sólo cuenta con un orificio pequeño para ventilación. La base de mi cama rechinaba. El medio es un tanto ruidos, ya que por las fiestas patronales hay muchos cuetones y repique de campanas, además muchos ladridos de perros.

El edificio es muy bonito. Los jardines son preciosos.

Es una propiedad dónde puedes disfrutar tu estancia y tener varias cosas en las que puedes ir a pie, como la pirámide y diferentes restaurantes.

Buen servicio, todo muy limpio, sólo me hizo falta servicio de restaurante

Faltan amenidades. Por lo demás es bonito y cómodo.

Les falta tener un restaurante por lo menos para desayunar en la propiedad y teléfono en habitación
