Half of the lobby is under renovation which was really disappointing. Expedia should know and should be vigilant to put these all Important facets on tye Expedia booking app or sute: Hotel however, extended little premiums to make our stay comfortable like room upgrade, late chexkout, free drinks, free water. They should have waived destination fee though. Lesson learned: call hotel and chedk of there are renovations being done before booking.

Nice place ,quiet, great staff!

Hello, I liked my stay at the Fairlane however two things displeased me: The property was undergoing some main lobby upgrades and made an entire dining area unusable. The cardboard boxes and lift were unsightly. The see through shower was very awkward for me as a woman staying with another traveler. I wish j knew about the shower glass situation. Lease refund me for one of my two nights stay. Thanks.

Very convenient to Broadway and lots of places to eat nearby. Room was very nice as was the bathroom.

Perfect hotel just a short walk from Broadway where all the action is. Very clean, friendly staff, great food (although we only ate at the hotel once) as we were out most of the time. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Staff very friendly and the bed was comfy! However the location is really lacking. Off of reviews I expected this to be a nicer area. There was lots of yelling in the streets and not from people having fun just crazy people walking around yelling. Parking is horrible didn’t feel safe parking. We would have used valet but they couldn’t accommodate our truck. So if you do book make sure you have a basic sized vehicle. Not worth the price paid in my opinion.

Second time staying here in the last 6 months. One of my favorite hotels anywhere. Wonderful room, bars and amenities. Only place I will stay when returning to Nashville.

Fabulous property, walking distance to Nissan Stadium and three blocks from the heart of downtown. Clean with a fabulous staff and great food in Hudsons. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, amazing staff and location

We enjoyed the stay, the bed was comfy, the pillows were great, and we slept well which isn't always the case when we travel. The food and atmosphere was good, and it was a short walk to Printers Alley, and just a few blocks off Broadway. We would certainly stay here again!

From the front door to the front desk to the lobby bar we had great service by great people. Room decor and comfort excellent.
