Henn Na Hotel Tokyo Haneda In my opinion, this hotel is a hidden gem. There is a Nittori Suppa in the end of the alley and there is Sukiya and Fujiya across the street, and the environment is also quiet enough although the hotel is near the main road. The room is spacious so that you can open your luggage freely. The lobby is quite small, because they provide many gadget for guests to make our travel easier such as baggage locker and vacuum bag machine. They have dinosaurs who help the guest for check in and check out process, haha! They also allow the guests to borrow manga from their bookshelf, and the collection is quite complete. I bought the room equipped with LG styler machine that helped me a lot with my clothes. The walk from the Otorii Station is quite tricky for the first timer, but with Google Maps, the hotel can be found easily. There is also a store called Honey Plaza, which sells daily needs, from snacks, toilet paper and also they also have a drugstore. Special shoutout to the concierge staff who replied my email regarding reconfirmation of my room reservation, and also big special thanks to the Oji-san who dropped me to the airport by shuttle that allows me to save money to buy snacks at the airport instead of spending it for the taxi fare, because he made a last minute check and found me waiting for the shuttle. The staff are friendly, speak English, and provide excellent service. My first time at the reception, a robot handled check-in and check-out... It's the best.

Nice hotel with a big room for transit from Haneda Airport when we arrived late. They provide a shuttle from and to Haneda.

Even though the hotel provide self service check in/out and stays, but the hotel staffs are also very helpful and friendly whenever we need their help.

it was my second time in henn na, and both of them are amazing.. I really like the LG style one and it was really helpful.. not to mention the robots reception..

It's just an awesome hotel, the LG styler one is such a great machine I ever seen.. the lobby robots is entertaining.. everything is so great, nice hotel to stay for or to Haneda with free shuttle bus once in every hour..

For 6 days in Japan 3 days in Tokyo, we stayed at the Asukasabashi Hotel Henna and at the Henna Haneda. the hotel is very clean, Once in the lobby the receprionists are robots, and every hotel has different robot characters.

Everything is good. The place is near to Haneda Airport (you can use the Hotel’s Suttle Bus to go to Haneda Airport for free) . Room is big enough for 2 person. The facility is very good and comfortable. Sure will stay there again next time.
