The service we received from this hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and the hotel is new and modern. Amenities are top notch. I will definitely be back.

It's a Beautiful New hotel needs some minor improvements since just opened 3 months ago. Over all....great place to stay in center of town.

Really nice clean modern hotel but still keeping the Granada charm. Hotel staff were very professional but very friendly and most understood English. Best of all the hotel is cigar friendly! The best spot is the upstairs balcony lounge. Love having my morning coffee or nitecap with a cigar overlooking the park.

It was great to stay at El gran balcony hotel. It’s location was good. The room was clean and very much accommodating for me and my husband. The room was clean and satisfying.
