Immediately upon arriving at the ryokan, we were greeted with kindness. My husband and I stayed in a room with our own onsen, and added the kaiseki dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the private open air bath after our very yummy dinner and took a walk inside the facility. Two smaller indoor private onsens, one large private onsen, and a set of public onsens (one for women, one for men) are available. There is also a ping pong table available to play for a small price. Vending machines with milk (recommended after soaking in the hot spring), beer, sodas, and water.
The hospitality was out of this world. Our room was incredible. And we loved the onsen itself. Highly recommend this ryokan!
