Great hotel overall for a one night stay. had my room ready early which was a bonus

We had a nice roomy corner room with lovely views of the Las Condes neighborhood where we found shops and a great restaurant right down the block. Wonderful area with folks out strolling in the afternoon and evening. Hotel is top notch and friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in Santiago.

Great hotel nice area for restaurants and shops

Room was spotless, the amenities were great. The bar downstairs was awesome and had a great selection of drinks. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, but I didn't really care for the pillows.

The room was spotless and the staff at the reception was very courteous and efficient. However, there were two bottles (conditioner and shower gel) missing in the shower stall on the first day. This was fixed without my mentioning it for the second day. Also, the room was not made up when I came back from my tour at 2 p.m. So, instead of geting my rest, I had to go out again after mentioning this at the reception. The room was made up when I came vack 3 hours later. That said, the room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet.

Excellent hotel in a safe area. Comfortable bed, varied high quality breakfast, plenty of welcoming lounge areas, highly recommend.

Outstanding stay at this place! Everyone was super helpful and most staff spoke English which was a relief after just speaking Spanish for the past few weeks; we’re from Canada. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve had yet. Will be coming back.

The rooms are modern and well equipped with the hotel being in an excellent location. Can’t fault my stay there

Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it.

The room—especially the bathroom—was absolutely filthy. There was visible mold, mildew, and other grime on the floor. When we reported this to the front desk, an employee named Oscar dismissively asked, “Well, why didn’t you tell us earlier?” That response was shocking and unprofessional. We eventually spoke with the manager, who was attentive and considerate, but cleanliness and basic courtesy should be standard, not something you only receive after lodging a complaint.
