Overall, adequate but 5 night stay, zero housekeeping. Ran out of towels and trash needed emptying. Different people each trip to desk, no follow through.

Stayed here for 5 days to attend a program at Sac State. Entire property was always clean and tidy, we were very comfortable in our room and interactions with staff were consistently positive. It felt safe even tho the immediate neighborhood surrounds are less than pristine (freeway, bus stop, back/service area of shopping center, etc.) Pool area is pretty spartan but we appreciated having the option for a cool dip and some relaxing tan time. Standard Hampton Inn on all fronts, which was a good thing in my opinion. Key amenities available and all well presented!!

Loved the friendly staff, clean room and quiet location. Was positively surprised by the welcoming note on TV.

Very clean and has all you would need for a good nights rest. My only complaint was that we used the room coffee maker. It wasnt plugged in abd we had a difficult time finding an active plug. Finally found it on the desk rather than in the area it was stored in. Coffee is available downstairs 24 hrs but wanted a cup of coffee after changing to night clothea.

Overall great stay.

It was by the train tracks and in the hood. Absolutely horrible area never again.

Very nice property. Room is comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was new, very clean, had excellent breakfast but the bed was horrible. I could feel every spring g and felt like I had lumps in my side. If I had been staying more than one night I would have had to switch rooms or hotels if all the beds are like that.

Close to Hwy 50. Secure parking. Comfortable beds and clean property. Breakfast was stocked and plentiful.

My microwave didnt work.... had to go down stair in the middle of the night. Wifi wouldn't allow my medical equipment access.

HELPING TWO SENIORS WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED; ROOM WAS ROOMY AND A PLEASANT SURPRISE. THANKS. ONCE WE LEARNED THE TRICKS OF DRIVING AROUND, WE GOT BACK AND FORTH QUITE EASILY.

Check-in went smoothly. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

Secure parking and conveniently located. Room was big! Some stains on carpet. Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
