Very quiet area. No problems at all

There was nothing unique.

Requested first floor room, given 2nd floor. My husband , has a bad back, he had had to carry luggage up to our room. Overall the outside of the building looked sketchy. Needs painting especially the stairwell and the outside walkway. Breakfast was poor at best. No choice of food, coffee awful. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice size room and clean. Breakfast was nice set up.

Was supposed to be in a non smoking room reek of cigarette and weed smoke . Checked in at 10 pm from a long day of traveling. Was to tired to complain also the lady at the front desk mentioned this was the last room when i checked in .

Hotel staff was amazing at check-in. The hotel on the outside is in super rough shape. We had a room with a hot tub. Everything was very clean..however we did not have enough lighting in the room and the air conditioner did not cool the room enough for us to be comfortable at night.

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. I went to take a shower, no bathmat so I laid a towel in the tub and when i got out I realized no grab bar. I put my hand on the wall to steady my self. I picked up my foot to get out. My hand slipped on the wall tben my foot slipped. I fell. Hit my head in the door hard. Brused my shin and thigh. Next day I told the front desk. They acted like it was my fult and no big deal. They didn't have a form so they gave me a plain paper to write down my complaint. I showed them my goose egg I had on my head and acted like i was bothering them. Not sure if that paper ever got anywhere but the trash. Not pleases.

Had to go to front desk 3 after check in. Gave me wrong room and gave me wrong card to get the door to open. Third trip was successful.

Air conditioner did not maintain temperature well and blew right on sleeper. Toilet seat hinge was loose.

They took a deposit of $50. I asked when will this be deposited back to me. “When you check out tomorrow”. A couple weeks go by and still nothing. I call and ask and was told because there were complaints about noise they kept it. Ummm hello I’m the one that called and complained about the noise and I get charged!!!! No way she eventually reversed it but for real!!!

Breakfast was bad. round thin shsp i guess you would call eggs. Offered just sausage no bacon.

Promised non smoking room. The bedroom smelled of smoke. We where Promised by 3 different shift managers tell us they where going to discount are stay and they never did.

So went to check in got the keys and rooms had period blood on the beds and I'm not willing to stay and want my money back. Please call me so i can get my money back!

Nice place

After I checked in and went to the room, realized I could not stay there. The bedding was used with hair all over it. There was ants everywhere. The floor was filthy head wrappers scattered. The wall look like somebody threw coffee on it.

Staff was friendly, but gave us wrong room keys to begin with. Staff did realize what they did and brought the correct keys to us before we had to go back inside to ask for them. There was an elevator that the staff told another couple couldn’t be used because it had t)2 wrong type of motor and wasn’t safe. The room was clean but smelled like smoke due to the ash trays right outside the doors beside the a/c units and there were ants around the sink. The bed was not comfortable but the pillows were good. And the middle blanket on the beds was very rough and itchy. I think the old saying “you get what you pay for” definitely applies here.
