Easy check in, friendly desk staff. Felt very safe staying solo for business. Room was spotless. Would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately my room’s ac was not working and the hotel was not able to switch rooms until the next day. After a long travel day it was more aggravating than anything else. The next day the staff accommodated a change and all was good after that. Otherwise a good stay and nice (but very humid) gym.

Good hotel, friendly staff and easy to find

The threes company room was perfect for our needs. It reminded us of a dorm room - it was very unique making good use of the space. The view from our room was also very nice. It was clean and comfortable.

We’ve stayed here at least 6 times. Always a clean and friendly space

The bed was so uncomfortable. You coild feel the springs. The bathroom was so small, you had to sit on the toilet sideways.

Hotel was okay for a quick stay. Bit older of a building so lighting and applicances were a little outdated but got the job done. Lots around and food/drinks on the property.

Room was spacious. Furnishings need refreshing. Noisy. The double glazing was not sufficient to cut out street noise. Lighting in the room and bathroom were very dim.

Cute hotel, super tiny rooms but decent condition. Really nice and friendly front desk staff. Happy to see there is a fridge included in some rooms, but no space for anything larger than a water bottle. We were interested in checking out the bar and could not get access or even find the entrance! (but the internet says it's good)

Nice hotel but associated restaurants are ridiculously expensive even for NYC, and they charge a “Facility Fee” for services like faxing (who faxes anymore?!), their gym, and “unlimited water” (whatever that means) whether you use them or not.

Staff members were very courteous and helpful. The cafe had amazing food options.

This hotel was beautiful, clean, stylish, and well located. It worked out perfectly for my family during our stay in New York!

Great location and staff was excellent

Just had a 5 night stay here with my son. The staff were so friendly, especially the door staff. The hotel itself is definitely value for money especially given how much time we actually spent there during our trip. Room service and clean towels every day and a cool lounge area on the first floor, great for some quiet time. Smile to go cafe on the ground floor was our go to for breakfast, great service and food at reasonable prices.

Nice and comfortable place to stay in midtown. Comfortable beds and nicely designed rooms, quiet, convenient location. Highly recommend!
