A comfort place to stay in the heart of the city.

Location is a plus as it's in the heart of the city. Room was clean and customer service is good as well. And most important is the price is affordable considering the service and the room that they provide. I would recommend people who are tight on budget but also want to experience living in the heart of the city to stay in here Kyoto Guest House.

The location is hard to find, the lift to the location is narrow, there is no telephone number for the owner, we can't contact him, so in the end we looked for another accommodation.

I'm usually not the type of person to write bad reviews but this is bad. The location was confusing, went to the 15th floor to check in then asked to go to 7th. The place was dirty and smelly. When entered the room it was so small and the lock didn't work, so I had to put a chair behind the door. Couldn't sleep because I didn't feel safe the whole night. The person who checked me in didn't even know how much I should pay. It was such a bad experience. If I had known that it 's that bad I would've rather paid more to stay at other hotels. Won't stay here ever again.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. We arrived at 2pm since the check in time is 2pm but according to pinay receptionist still fully booked. We enter our room about 6:40pm since it is already vacant. I already knew that the room is quite small but I didn't expect the toilet is also small. No space for taking a bath. The bed is nice but its dirty. There is a bite on the skin. The worst is the receptionist is Pinay. She told me "I will put you here as long as you give me good reviews". I'm so sorry sister, I won't do that to my fellow Filipino budget travelers. I will not recommend this hotel since the staff is strict and not considerate.

Bed very dirty. No clean room. So many cockroaches. Many bedbugs. I told the helper to clean the room, and she find mask another people, very dirty. Then I know she never clean the bed. So bad.

Room is standard but clean! The water heater is on and air conditioner is good! Looking for more time to stay here and meet my ex again!
