Excellent staff, very polite and very hospitable. Nice facility close proximity to airport good breakfast. Very clean bathrooms and bedroom orderly need. Not super luxurious but a great hotel.

You didn't ask a question about the feature I didn't like. Airport Shuttle service was not honored. For the money you charge, service doesn't match

This hotel was very nice, new, and clean. The airport shuttle to and from the new airport was really helpful.

Perfect choice for lima transit in between flights. Staff was very friendly, great amenities and clean spacious rooms.

2 shuttles to airport were full even though we had a reservation. We found our own taxi and demanded that the hotel pay for it. The hotel is very comfortable otherwise

The new airport opening means that you must take a shuttle to this hotel. However, it’s a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and is only 15 minutes from the airport. We arrived at 3:30 AM and everything was still super efficient. They booked us into a shuttle for the next morning at check-in to make sure we’d easily make our flight and the free breakfast before hopping on the shuttle was great.

The hot shower with good water pressure was appreciated.

Exelente servicio y muy amigable

Stayed one night for my layover in Lima. Hotel is conveniently located close to the new Lima airport with a free shuttle. Nice buffet breakfast included.

The hotel is very close to the old airport and about a 15 minute shuttle to the new airport. The shuttle runs regularly. The hotel is lovely, the staff are so helpful and pleasant. The dining room is open 24 hours with very good food. I addition to the buffet breakfast, one can order eggs any style and omelettes, all included in the room rate. I will certainly use the hote again when in Lima.

Checked in late and were explicitly assured by the front desk staff that we were confirmed for the 6 a.m. shuttle to the airport. Come morning, surprise: the shuttle was overbooked and full, with no backup plan offered. When we pointed this out and tried to problem-solve under pressure, the staff were shockingly passive, unhelpful, and seemingly indifferent to the fact that we were about to miss a flight due to their incompetence. We had no choice but to scramble and order our own Uber — which we caught just in time. Ironically, when the car pulled up, the same staff who failed to help us tried to flag it down for another guest who’d also been screwed over by their incompetence. Chaos and zero accountability. The hotel itself is what you’d expect for a Holiday Inn — nothing more, nothing less — but the area is loud and disruptive at night. And don’t be fooled: the drive to the new airport is much longer and more painful compared to the old one. If you need a reliable airport transfer, basic competence, or any sense of urgency from staff, do not stay here.
