Room is smelly & dirty. Window aluminum panels full of dust. Shower curtain dirty. Clogged sink. Deposit of p1,000 plus extra charge of p500, claimed they lose money! No soap. No shampoo. I have to buy Lysol spray to make it livable! Elevator takes forever. Its a condo residence, so many residents. My friend had asthma in another, moved to other hotel, have to cancel the remaining two nights. Worse habitation ever.

Great location. Bathroom needs a little cleaning/maintenance (may agiw) and no rags were provided especially outside the bathroom. We tried to use one of the pans but there were burnt residues in it. It 's still a good place to stay though.

The air conditioner is not so cold, controls are broken. No shampoo, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

The location is good but I don't like their room services. The faucet in the CR is broken. Only 1pc towel served. Don't have soap and sponge also served in the kitchen you can't wash the plates. Poor pillowcases and blanket.

The hotel is in good location. However, we got a totally different room from what we expected it to be. The host explained that the original room is close due to pest control. That's fine. When we reached our room, it's good. It's just that, I see small cockroaches in the rest room are and inside the kitchen cabinets. We expected for kitchen utensils so we can cook but there's no frying pan nor chopping board. Also, the wifi wasn't working. Gladly, the host was in the area so we requested for those things. They sent the frying pan and the wifi modem replacement.

It's a good place to stay very affordable and convenient.

The room is spacious and nice. They have clean rest rooms.
