Nice place for short stay

Great location (the entrance is on one of the pedestrian shopping arcades), on the street that leads to Bandai bridge and then straight into the JR station. The front desk staff was very helpful for dinner recommendations. Standard small Japanese hotel room, but the wifi is good.

Great service and a great rate. The arcade has lots of shopping options and eating options. Lots of good coffee in walking distance. Free coffee in reception was also great!

Niigata is a wonderful city and this hotel is in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay here, room was perfect and very affordable. The staff are great and extremely helpful and kind.

Very close to the river- only about 5 minutes by foot; close to the Amine museum, five minutes to Niigata station by bus or a 15 minute walk, also very close to the Sea of Japan. Bus stop right by the hotel, Media Boat is again a five minute walk. Market in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk will take you to an Irish Pub. Highly recommend it.

ロビーや廊下からお部屋、ユニットバスまで完璧に清掃されていて、やや潔癖症な娘も清潔さに感動していました！フロントスタッフの方も親切で手際が良く、１階にある吉野家もありがたかったです！朝には目の前のデイリーで店内で焼いたパンが買えて大満足でした！ ひとつだけ意見するならば、お部屋の暖房のつけ方が分からず我慢するしかなかった。ちなみに冷房はつきました！ 真冬以外ならまた必ず利用したいと思うホテルでした^^

室内はエアコン無しでも過ごせる気温でした。近くのお店も教えて頂きました。

暑い日だったので冷房にしたかったのですが一括管理で暖房しか運転出来ないという点だけが残念ですが後は、とても良かった

客室は清潔、スタッフ対応まずまず。

バスタブに髪の毛が3〜4本落ちてた 清掃もして無い感じで部屋を変えてもらいました

スタッフの対応はいつものように親切丁寧で気持ちよかったです。部屋も清掃が行き届いていて綺麗でした。今回は初めて最上階の角部屋で最高でしたよ。

良かった

早期予約で安価であった。この料金で、サービス、設備等に要望をする程、我儘な人間ではない。安かろう、悪かろうではない事も付け加えておく。市の中心部にあり、付近には安価な駐車場も多い。仕事上の利便性も高い。今後も利用する予定である。

新しくてキレイな感じでした。

コンビニがもうちょっと近くにあれば良いなと思いますが、バス停からも近くライブ会場(ゴールテンピッグス)へのアクセスも良くて良かったです。 お部屋は可も不可もない普通のビジホです。
