Very happy to stay at the Hotel Mystays Premier Narita

The staffs are very good. They returned the passports that customers forgot. The services are complete. The accommodation is excellent. There is an airport shuttle, Aeon, Narita Station.

This hotel near from airport, suitable if you want to catch morning flight

Suitable for transit hotels, because they have free buses to the airport or station.

We stayed for 1 night before flight back to our home country. Staffs are very friendly. We can deliver our luggage from another hotel in Tokyo and kept them for 5 days, since we went to osaka before we stay here. Suttle bus to and from hotel and airport is very convenience, easy to access and very ontime. Kombini store at lobby aslo very good so we didn't need to go outside for food.

The staff provided good information and could communicate in English.

Shuttle bus shuttle is very convenient and easy to get. The room is big and clean. Staff are friendly and they have convenient store so we can buy snack and meal. Love it.

Appreciate the convenient airport transfers provided by the hotel. The front office offers swift service, with a luggage scale and a nearby Family Mart in the lobby. The spacious and clean room, along with good amenities, make it a solid choice, despite the herbal scent in the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Perfect for late arrivals or early departures from Narita — definitely my go-to for the next Tokyo visit.

I was here for 2 days transit in Tokyo. The hotel room is clean and fully equipped. I have heard that hotel rooms in Tokyo are very small, but the standard double room I stayed in was not as cramped as I feared. The back garden view is so beautiful, the staff is cute and attentive. The free shuttle bus to the airport saves a lot of money, and there is also a family mart right in the hotel lobby, open for almost 24 hours. Really a good choice for the price range.

Service ok. Great breakfast. If you want to go to the airport or to the hotel there is a free shuttle.

It has great location, really near Narita airport, and they even have shuttle bus from/to the airport. The room was also clean and spacious.
