The location is very good. It’s located across Cracow Central Station where a big mall is located there. You won’t have any issue of finding a place to satisfy your stomach. There is a supermarket and health store nearby which opens until 23.00. There is also a bakery nearby. It only takes less than 5 minutes to go to Old Town. The room looked the same with picture and it was clean. Enough place for two people. They gave towel, a small plastic of shampoo and body wash to each guest. They have dedicated luggage room and they lock it. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there was no elevator especially if you ordered deluxe room, you need to take your luggage to the 3rd floor. The room wasn’t soundproof. You can easily heard noises if someone passed through your room and tv channel from your neighbor. I still enjoyed my stay there since I’m the one who can sleep easily. Good price, clean room, friendly staff and perfect location.
