Very central, attractive room and friendly staff

Nice hotel in the heart of the city, refubished, but limited in some functions. Friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but we couldn’t get a coffee in the bar after 7pm. Breakfast was good the room was very tired. No dinner but loads of restaurants in the square so no problem.

Hotel was in wonderful position in city centre square and offer of overnight parking in underground carpark nearby hotel for €10 also very good. There was also parking in the square. Some of fittings in room a bit wonky but apart from that, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast was huge with special teas and teapots on offer but would have preferred teabags for convenience!

The room I had a Family room, wasn’t so great and too noise.

This was our first stay in Châlons-en-Champagne, and it certainly will not be the last! Wonderful dog friendly hotel in the middle of the city, with a lovely champagne bar attached, lots of great restaurants near by, and a beautiful little park a few min away. The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and spacious, and the service from the staff was excellent!

Great location near the motorway 2 1/2 hours from Calais. Cheap fuel available nearby. Lots of shops bars and restaurants.

Beautiful location with friendly staff. On site parking, a great stop over location. Only moan is the shower which runs cold and trickle when someone flushes the loo!

The hotel is very suitable for anyone travelling from the UK by road to southern France or the Alps. The drive from Calais to Chalons-en-Champagne is less than 3 hours. The town is not too far from the motorway south. There is very well priced fuel available. The hotel is located in a very pleasant square. Whereas the hotel does not have a dining room (except for breakfast) there are several restaurants and bars in the square. The hotel has a limited amount of parking, but there is parking in the square and an underground car part beneath the hotel next door that is open to the public.

Shower hose did not fit in the hose holder in room 201 Everything else was good

We booked the apartment but there was an issue with WIFI. The staff offered 2 double in the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Big bed and nice bathroom. No international channels on tv.

Right at the center of the city and ended up enjoying a nice concert in the square from our hotel. Really pleasant. Property is all but renovated to a good standard. Spacious and brilliant for the children.

The accommodation is quite dated. The layout of the bedrooms within the building is bizarre, very complicated routes and could be an issue for escape in the event of fire

Beautiful hotel, so stylish, the staff where so friendly and the rooms are amazing. Situated in the centre of town with easy access to the bars and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

Was blown away by the hotel. Staff were excellent and professional. Even with a language difference. Rooms were clean and spacious. Ideally located in town square.
