Plus points, amazing friendly helpful staff. Easy 15 minutes walk to train station and even better 5 minutes to the gorgeous beach. Slightly noisy at night outside ( not hotels fault). As a vegan breakfast is limited, but there is bread and rolls ( but no spread that I saw),there's fruit but for hot drinks only available taken black.

There is no parking included. Parking is on the street. I got a ticket after they told me that parking is only effective after 9:00am. Hotel rooms come with thin walls. Not a place for family with kids. Way to much viagra amongst the guests making it very noisy.

Only stayed for a night but good 3*star hotel. Would happily stay there again. 10 mins walk from the railway station and close to the restaurants and beach.

Staff was great but the room was very small for four people plus the kids had bunk beds which we did not anticipate.

Convenient and easy access. Arrived at the Viareggio Carnivale and was not disappointed. Thank you for having a carnival ticket in advance. Made it easier with my limited Italian speaking to access locations.

Struttura datata ma comunque confortevole, situata proprio a due passi dal centro di Viareggio e dalla spiaggia. La camera standard purtroppo era di dimensioni ridotte e non era dotata di balcone.. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo guasto alla doccia ed è stata riparata in maniera tempestiva nonostante fosse il giorno ferragosto. Personale gentile e premuroso. Colazione nella media. Cena ottima con menù vario e ricercato...unica pecca un po di disorganizzazione in sala/cucina.
