Very hard to check in and check out.

The hotel is very ok but the hotel service is very bland. The TV didn't work, it was a bit crunchy because we stayed for 2 nights, it was a bit boring.

Yes, comfortable, nice view, easy morning Sogo. Next you can rent again here.

said that can check in from 3pm to 11pm. but I came at 6.30pm to check in after meeting, it's closed. and re open at 10pm. and i've no where to go and need to wait 3 hours till it open back. felt very tired after long journey and long day. just you need to confirm timing for check in check out. but others are very satisfying, the room condition. the view.

Nice room, really enjoy it! Though the step to check in is a little bit hard, actually it just simple.

1) tv no signal 2) no staff to call at night when needed 3) difficult to connect wifi 4) the toilet smells of urine 5) others so far good condition.

This is my third time staying here with my family. I love the comfortable apartment with 2 room and 2 toilet. Walking distance to Central I City Mall. Just too many parking gate but only one can be access using the card given.

Room facilities and apartment facilities are okay and good. Close to the mall and children's play center, only the bathroom smells a bit. It is better for those who stay and want to check out the room to be cleaned and tidied up first if the room is in a mess it can be charged.

Come in four times repeat away near here. It's best to grab studio block A because it can shower the pool near the 11th floor. Recommend :)

Well.... We check in after 7pm. So the office already close. I call the number & the instruction given to me not so clear. So I had trouble during the check in to locate the place. It took me almost 2 hours just to check in & find the place. The apt is good for family stay. Just not clean enough. I found hair at the living room.

It was almost 12 am and we have problem with the key card. It couldn't access the lift to our floor. Tried to contact the number given and nobody answered multiple times we tried. Bad support service. Luckily after many times trying to use the card it's accessible again. Couldn't imagine if it didn't, so troublesome. The only pro is its walking distance to icity.

It's my third time now staying there, the house is very clean, the check in is very easy and the equipment in the house is enough, can cook, cookware and serve complete, it's best stay here.

Overall is a good place to stay however the cleanliness need to be improved.

Staying at this place is the right choice. It is suitable to be shared with friends. Complete and adequate facilities are the main reason, not forgetting the strategic location close to the I city vehicle is also a separate point. The place is clean and very comfortable, not forgetting the swimming pool is clean and equipped with a sauna, it is highly recommended.
