Plenty of parking . Easy access to beach . Excellent breakfast. Staff very attentive. Pool nice and cool . Drinks always on point . Will I be back ? Absolutely

Great location, Close to waterfront, playgrounds and plenty of restaurants in the area.

We rented two days but could only stay one night. The room stunk like POOP, Bathroom door wouldn’t close, shower head wouldn’t stay secured, window curtain wasn’t wide enough for window, reserved room with two doubles - was given a room with three full sized beds, old mattresses that if you sat/rolled to close to side it would give, dirty glass in restroom for toothbrushes, shower stall very tiny- can’t bend to wash feet, A/C unit light stayed on all night-too bright. Again, we rented two nights but only stayed one night! I am surprised Expedia lists them as all the pictures are very misleading! Don’t stay there!

The owner was very friendly. The entire staff was kind and knowledgable on local spots to visit. I had a lovely time. It was very peaceful. My only note is to bring your own shampoo and such.

It was a great room for the price. No frills, but we did not want nor expect them. Staff was great, room cleaned daily, breakfast was well balanced and changed slightly daily. We would definably stay here again if in the area!!

Front desk staff was excellent so helpful and friendly

Via at the front desk was amazing and so accommodating. She gave us great information on the area. Nikos was great as well. Ulga cooked us a wonderful breakfast that was delicious and was so kind. We really enjoyed all the staff and the amenities.

Finding the hotel was not easy. Parking was OK on adjoining site. Room very basic and in need of updating. Kettle in room, but no mugs. Reception helpful. Breakfast OK.

We were stranded in Athens by the airline. Flight was canceled and the reps said “you’re on your own. All hotels in Athens are booked. Look on Google for something possibly on the coast”. Found this little gem. The front desk people were so friendly and welcoming. Even though the small hotel was not the up to the standards we are used to in the states, the staff made up for it. They called us a taxi early the next morning, and opened up breakfast an hour earlier than their normal hours. We are very thankful we found these amazing people in such a stressful situation. Thank you!

Nice pool, spacious room with air conditioning but unfortunately the breakfast are monotonous and tasteless with really little choice And I must mention the smell from the sewage system No more thx

Everything was amazing. Mr Nicols the owner was so helpful and there is a lot of restaurant around the hotel. Very recommended. I will be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately our shower head wasn’t on a hook so we had to hold it while showering. Otherwise the venue was in a great location and close to many dining options.

Nous sommes restés une nuit pour la transition vers les îles et c'était parfait dans ce contexte. Chambres rénovées, vues sur les montagnes, piscine agréable, Aires communes agréable, personnel sympathique!

This was a last minute reservation for us the night before a flight out from Athens. About 30 min from the airport. It was clean and did the job. Walking distance to the local restaurants and night life. Some light construction on some of the floors, but overall not an issue.
