Great location, amazing rooftop, affordable.

The Property was great. Edgard the front service guy was horrible. He always had an attitude.

The property is very conveniently located and with in minutes of the cathedral and plaza. The staff was very friendly. The rooftop has a great view of the cathedral and the city.

I liked they were very flexible

The restroom did not have a p-trap in the sink, so all the sewer smells would fill the room with sewer smell

It was a great stay and I loved the location. The only thing that could improve is a better air conditioning system.

Yes bountiful

Noise from the bar and no elevator. Also the room numbering was preposterous. Room 230 was in between 112 and 114. 113 was on the top most floor with all the 200 numbers.

The hotel is a great location and has nice rooftop bar Selina. They put us in an interior room close to the bar, #006. It smelled moldy / musty. There was no ac and was rather warm during the night since the only window opened to the hallway. Recommend if you can request a better room than what we had.

Close to shops and main attractions

This property is a hot mess, but the staff shares in the joke and tries their very best to help. Also, the location can't be beat. However, the hotel is broken, in a charming way, but still broken. I can't recommend it.

The front desk staff seems absolutely miserable and annoyed if you ask for the bathroom key or a 2nd room key. The room was fantastic and the location is excellent. However the hot water takes 6-15 minutes to get hot and all of our attempts to cover the shower drain due to horrible smells were unsuccessful. And again, the front desk staff is really terrible. I hate even having to write that! We also had to flush our toilet 15+ times to clear it so we just went up to the rooftop bar bathrooms to go. Those toilets seem to work fine and we were not putting paper in the toilets.

Lovely looking hotel, the bed was comfy but there were issues with the smell in our bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. We complained at the desk, and all the receptionist could say was sorry, we asked if we could get a late check out as we’d had so much trouble with the shower (my 81 year old grandmother had to shower cold) we were told to pay an extra 500 pesos. We complained more about the service and told we would have been offered breakfast if we didn’t already say we were going out, but I think that was a lie. The hotel looks amazing but the poor facilities and staff have let it down.

Great location. The staff was helpful. It takes about 5-10 min for the water to warm up. Other than that, this place is great.

No a/c or heating. Room was very clean. Service was great. Unfortunately we got stuck in the room behind the bar and there was lots of noise. We were on the first floor but just keep in mind there is no elevator for heavy luggage.

There were a lot nose during night because there where a restaurante on top roof

Nice hotel and upper restaurant! Dont like the traffic of people from the bar upstairs.

Location is everything! It’s right next to the church and price is reasonable! What could be better: It can get loud (rooftop parties on Friday were pretty loud till late), and staff doesn’t speak English 🙃 but other than that - it’s pretty great for the price!

I attempted to cancel the booking they confirmed could be canceled but never did. Here I am back from my trip, on the phone with my back attempting to get reimbursed for the money I was charged. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone at this hotel. They have a phone that goes to voicemail and eventually the voicemail was full. I left several voicemails and never heard back from them. We communicated through the chat on the Expedia app which I luckily have screenshots of. If you book and want to cancel be ready to get ignored.
