Simple, room; nice bathroom. Dinner included with price - it too was simple, but tasty.

Ok property, nice staff and breakfast and dinner included. A nice surprise was not just a pool but sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. No lift stunk as i had two heavy bags.

This hotel is definitely not worth the price. Rooms are semi clean, beds are as hard as sleeping on the floor , shower was overflowing with water. Rooms are not very comforting. Way overpriced hotel but there really are not many options in this city.

Property was dated and bad ventilation. You can smell the foods from downstairs, upstairs in the rooms and the beds where so small. This is not a $100 hotel. At best it's a $50 just because of the pool and limited and old sauna.

Sadly no elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up a long flight of stairs.

A lovely old style spa with excellent staff. I have not stayed at a hotel in Poland with better trained and courteous staff than here. Service was faultless. The spa is aging, but is well maintained and cared for. I stayed to be able to shower and rest waiting for a train, and it is very close to the station, so was ideal.

There is long stairs to your room so you have to carry your bags upstairs. Old building, not nice smell. Unfortunately I can’t recommend to everyone. Good things- breakfast was not bad and guy at the reception was professional and polite.

This place is full because it’s by ukrainian border. However price is really high and room not clean, small, not confirtable , food was dry and not good. They should reduce price and make some improvements . Next tine I would rather drive 100 km but u wil not stay here:)

The hotel service was good. It is under renovation, so it was a bit uncomfortable. But in general it was good.

Hot water pot in room without cups, shower didn't drain properly, shower door broken, noisy hall way and adjacent bathroom, old school locks. Receptionists could be friendlier and more personable.

Booked a suite with kitchenette. There are no kitchenettes in the hotel. None. The shower had someones razor blade cover in it, the bedsheet was soiled and painted white, there was no remote for the AC. There were no elevators and no porter to haul heavy luggage up massive flights of stairs. It was abysmal. I can sleep on a floor in Ukraine but paying more than 100 USD a night for that was insulting. On the upside, the front desk lady was trying to be helpful.

The restaurant closed early in the evening. There were drunk guests in the hallway making too much noise into the evening which the staff did not deal with and breakfast was late in the morning. I will not stay here ever again.

I’m afraid that although quite possibly the best in Przemsyl, this hotel is so dated it’s beyond belief, and it’s also too far from the centre for convenience. The swimming pool opens too late (11am) and it’s just a bit depressing all round.
