I had an amazing stay at Lithio Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable—truly the best night’s sleep I’ve had during any of my visits to Veracruz. I’ve stayed in the city before, but this experience surpassed all the others by far. I will definitely recommend Lithio Hotel to friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to coming back on my next trip to Veracruz.

El check in fue muy lento, tuve que esperar 20 minutos porque entregaron mi habitación a alguien mas. También me llamó la atención que no te dan 2 llaves para la habitación, aunque la pidas. Eso no fue practico. Lo demás estuvo bien.

Everything was great about this hotel except the location was too far from the places we were visiting but worth the drive. We will stay in this hotel again and recommend it to our relatives and friends. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We felt very safe in the building. Thank you for a great experience.

Personnel and special thanks to breakfast crew. There was a big hole at the parking lot entrance and I exploded a tire. Should be fixed.

The service, hospitality ,structure. But I found some beer bottles and trash on the floor when I was walking to the elevator. May be needs to be inspected nore often

Me encantó todo del hotel menos la alberca. Sentí que no estaba limpio así que nunca me metí y eso era la mayor razón por cual escoger este hotel para mi.

Want it to give it another chance but this time it was just too much, once they didn’t leave a water bottle and a towel and when I asked they didn’t make an effort to resolved that matter, wish I can leave no stars at all, because that’s what they deserve
